Thread: Gucci envy vs Green Irish tweed
Which one do you prefer between these two as a good signature scent.
I prefer GIT
I also prefer GIT but own and like them both.

GIT, hands down!
I own both. Envy easily wins for me.
GIT, although liking both almost similarly and quite a bit
GIT. Used to like Envy but ended up selling it as I never fancied wearing it.
I prefer GIT. Envy is fine but Its not so good to me that I will spend the inflated prices on it. Hell I can get a 4 ounce of GIT for about half of what I can get a 3.4 of envy for.
The ones that I'm cutting loose: http://www.basenotes.net/threads/415...ers?highlight=
Green Irish Tweed by far IMO
Green Irish Tweed, especially for a signature scent.
Gucci Envy for Men makes no sense unless you have a production unit at home.
If this were 1999, I would have said Gucci Envy.

GIT all day. They don't smell even remotely similar though.
Also, I'd take Carven Homme (vintage bottle) over Envy. It's a better version of Envy if you ask me.

Envy and it's not even close.
My top 20
1. Gucci Envy / D&G By Man
2. Creed Aventus / Mancera Cedrat Boise
3. Dior Homme Intense / D&G The One EDP
4. Dior Homme Cologne / ADG
5. YSL La Nuit / Chez Bond
6. Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Aqua / Chanel Allure Homme Sport EDT
7. Viktor & Rolf Antidote / PDM Pegasus
8. Gucci Pour Homme / Armani Attitude
9. Serge Lutens Santal Majuscule / PDM Layton
10. Armani Code Ultimate / YSL M7
I adore both, and wouldn't want to choose between them, but as a signature scent GIT wins for me.
GIT is a better allrounder to me. It works in winter and summer, where Envy can be a bit overbearing during the summers.
