    Default New Game: Use One Word From the Sentence

    This is a simple game. A sentence is submitted to the thread. The next person must use one word from said sentence in a new sentence, and so for and so on.

    Here is the first sentence:

    Vintage parfum lovers often spend endless hours fossicking around dusty attics, over stuffed closets, and out of the way antique shops in the hope of finding rare, old parfums.

    The only real antique I have is a pair of opera glasses from the late 1800's.

    When the musical "Oklahoma" came on television the guy sitting in the recliner grabbed his remote and changed channels.

    The official state meal of Oklahoma is Fried okra, squash, cornbread, barbecue pork, biscuits, sausage and gravy, grits, corn, strawberries, chicken-fried steak, pecan pie, and black-eyed peas, adopted in 1988.

    I substitute delicious salmon for ordinary tuna in my salads, but both salmon and tuna are very healthy foods.
