    Default Blow You're Mind !

Sorry if my post is a bit confusing however if you were only allowed to choose 1 eau de parfum for the next several years what would it be ? As the post states to qualify it would have to blow you're mind ! lol

Pretty broad post. Its going to be purely personal taste and preference.
For me, considering temps change from 90 to -20, it would have to be versatile, and readily available considering I'd have to buy it every year.
It would have to be easy enough to wear so I dont get sick of it, and not too complex because I'd also tire of it.

A bit of a surprising pick for me, but I'd have to pick Comme des Garons Blue Santal.
A wonderful cooling, fresh, woody fragrance focused on edgy pine, cooling juniper and warming yet smooth Australian sandalwood.
Good performance, reaches wider than you think and lasts on me 18 hours.

Choosing a scent that would "blow your mind" wouldn't make sense to me. Those kinds of scents are the least versatile.

Interlude Man is the most stunning fragrance I've ever smelled, but it's not something I could wear every day.

Terre d'Hermes Parfum has signature scent written all over it. Grey Vetiver too. Or even Royal Oud. Mind blowing? No. Superb and versatile? Yes.

If I had to wear something every day, it'd be GIT easy.

I love Spice and Wood, but GIT is just more versatile.

Wouldn't choose a mind blowing fragrance. I would choose an easy-wearing one that I liked, and wouldn't get sick of.

    Oud Wood
    1. No, never blind buy (I do, but do as I say, not as I do. I'm taking no responsibility for your fragrance gambling).
    2. Get them both. You're a Basenoter and you know you're going to end up purchasing them both eventually.
    3. Yes, it has been reformulated.
    4. Looking for a signature scent? You've come to the wrong place.

Versacce Oud Noir on the least expensive side and for the other side of the coin it's gonna be Aventus!

DHS 2008... If I could get it at a decent price... (or if I could get it at all)...

For the mind blowing part.... spray it in your eyes... that would give you a kick...

Possibly I'd take good old Mitsouko EdP - it's woody, it's different in all its stages, it's complicated, fresh, a good performer, has a nice drydown and never bores me.

I think about what I would make a signature scent sometimes. Here are some.

    Malle POAL vintage
    Kilian Musk Oud
    TF Tuscan Leather
    Amouage Interlude Man
    Dior Oud Ispahan
    MFK Silk Oud
    MFK Velvet Oud
    MFK Oud

I wear these pretty frequently. So one of those I guess?
