Default Filbertone and florex, any experience with these materials?

Does any of you have any experience with Filbertone and with Florex, if so how are they and their blenders?

Just to be more clear I am talking about hazelnut and novelty coconut materials.

I adore Florex. It really does have a nice tangy, tart note to it that I haven't noticed in other tonka type odorants (although my partner hates it and refers to this nuance as "dog poo"). It seems very long lasting and has nice coconut and powdery aspects.

Cool, thanks! Sounds interesting to look into.

I like Florex too. Compared to coumarin it seems drier/less sweet, more coconut (but not very coconut), longer lasting, but less diffusive. A nice gourmand feel to it. Just my impression from my limited use of it.

I have learned that Filbertone is used in the top notes of Olympea by Paco Rabanne and in recent Mugler Muse.

Funny. A friend of mine has the association of „baby vomit”.
I really like it. After two days on the paper strip it has a nice coco-coumarin-ish hay note.

Sorry to resurrect this, but where can one even find Filbertone?

I do have Filbertone solution, but I did not use it yet. It's nice, pleasurable aroma, not like pyrazines.

I have both, i like Florex very much, modern ingredient, a "coumarin/spicy/foody" and light floral brushstroke, and Filbertone, also, as a touch for gourmand notes...

Does anyone know the reason why firmenich stopped producing florex? Commercial or health?
