    Monsieur Carven.
Was in doubt between a 240ml splash and this 90ml spray (not much price difference between them), but went for the less risky option of a spray in the end. I do see myself ending up with a 240ml splash bottle as backup for the coming decade(s) though.

This is utterly unsurprising. I am up to the challenge of finding the right bottle at the right price.

Generally can get it for under $40/oz if not looking for NIB.

Currently running more than twice that on eBay, boxed or not, save for one Russian seller offering NIB at roughly $60/oz. If you have a better source, I'm all ears (or eyes, or whatever).

So far I've purchased from 3 different russian sellers, with great satisfaction. Good solid original juice and 1st class service.

Yeah, I've been pleasantly surprised the handful of times I'm ordered vintage from sellers in Russia and Hong Kong. Shipping takes a little longer, but pricing has been great, and the products authentic.

This is good to know. I've actually had some luck with Russian sellers myself, including a recent acquisition of 1872 Twist Leather and a vintage Chanel hat for my wife. But, there are some too-good-to-be-true prices that make me leery, and if something goes awry, international returns are a hassle. I will take your good experiences into account—but I'm still not buying from that guy in Azerbaijan with the home-made bottles for everything.

This is encouraging to read. Mythrol and I are running a combined 33% success rate out of Russia. One legit and two fakes.

I’ve come close many times but still yet to take the plunge. Your alls experiences buying from those locations does put my mind at ease thankfully because (especially in Russia) there seems to be a plethora of good vintage stuff.

And oh yeah- today I bought the remainder of Strikeknots original Bois d’Orage and a 15 ml Etienne Aigner vintage EDT on eBay for $18.

I've only had good experiences with sellers from Russia, Spain, and Singapore (though it will try your patience from Singapore). I'd avoid any newer, popular stuff like Tom Ford, especially from Russia as the chances for fakes is probably close to 100%. Vintage fragrances seem much safer, and once you find a few reputable sellers you're golden.
    Most worn:

    Haha!

I found this in a lot of minis, but since this is 7,5 ml of the pure parfum of Or Noir by Pascal Morabito, it is no longer a mini I think.

The glass stopper feels a bit apart - like a Chanel touch on a punk item

What a stylish presentation of a true unicorn. In The Emperor of Scent, Burr quotes Turin saying that Shanghai is "one of only three fragrances I know of that use ginger." Are you getting any ginger in there, Earlyn?

    Lentheric ran great ads too.
