Default Help...like Cool Water for Women but not...

Hey everyone. I remember I had an ex girlfriend from '99 wearing this great fragrance. It was AMAZIING! It had a soft, sexy, creaminess to the scent, yet very fresh, almost out-the-shower-type. It wasn't an oriental.

Anyway, I thought it was Cool Water for Women but that's a little too sharp. A few years back a friend, whom I'm no longer in contact with was wearing it, told me the name, but I forgot it!
I know this is incredibly vague, but I thought I'd give it a shot. Thanks!

Some popular 90s aquatics that come to mind: L'Eau d'Issey, Escape, Sunflowers, The Body Shop Oceanus, L'Eau par Kenzo... A creamy floral aquatic that I remember liking was Givenchy's Fleur d'Interdit. Other fresh scents I remember from the 90s: CK One, Romance, Acqua di Gio, Giorgio Wings, Cacharel Noa...

My guess would be Calvin Klein CK One or Tommy Hilfiger Tommy Girl, both were popular in the 90's.

My hunch is Armani's Acqua di Gio. Very popular at the time, and very lovely. Plus the acqua/water mental association . . .

Laura (1994) by Laura Biagiotti can be yet another possibility close to this particular style/epoch/trend

My hunch is either Aqua di Gio or L'eau d'issey too

Thanks for helping me continue my search. I haven't had a chance to really go out there and look for it. I did get a chance to sample Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger. Nice women's fragrance but not the one.
I think I need to write down a list of these and see if they have any samples next time at Macy's.
I don't think it's some of the more recognizable names mentioned like Acqua di Gio or Issey because when my friend had told me the name of it, I would have remembered as those were popular colognes too back then. Still want to try the female equivalent of them though.
