    Default Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille - Fake?

    Hi.

    I just bought my first tom ford tobacco vanille 100ml on Ebay from a seller with over 1,000 positive feedback and based in the U.K.

    Looking at the packaging and am concerned now it could be a fake as all other packaging I've seen had the cellaphane wrapped as triangles whereas this just looks wrong. The bottle looks perfect but also on closer inspection, I can see s glue mark on the underside of the lid.

    Could anyone tell from these pictures if it's genuine or not?

    Many thanks in advance.

    It's repackaged. Doesn't mean it's fake, yet. If you purchased it as New and Sealed I wouldn't be happy.

    So, did you test it out or take a whiff from the atomizer?

    Looks like someone shrink wrapped a previously opened box. Could have been done to keep it shut during shipping, could have been done to mislead a buyer.
    As always with these threads.....how's it smell?

    Nor would I.

    I agree...looks like it's been re-wrapped. I wouldn't be happy with this either.

    It was sold as new in the listing.

    It smells great and just like the sample I smelt in store a week ago (sprayed on my wrist around 8 hours ago and can still smell it) but then I looked at fake reviews online and even some of those were saying that even fakes are smelling like original fragrances now.

    Please send picture the bottom of the bottle.

    If the sticker at the bottom of the bottle looks dark blue/black with gold letters,is Genuine,,,

    If looks clear with gold letters then is fake...

    I saw some UK based sellers,, on ebay with a 100% pos+ feedback score,,selling fakes unboxed bottles of TV..

    "Ebay seller{ luxuryessentials } has over 1.000 pos+ feedback.".....{selling fake unboxed}
