Default Your favorite Tommy Bahama's in order from best to worst?

Was wondering how everyone ranks these fragrances from their favorites to least favorite? Here are mine, from what I've tried:

    Best first.
    Set Sail South Seas
    Set Sail St Barts
    Tommy Bahama (2005)
    Very Cool
    St Kitts
    Set Sail Martinique

Guess I've tried about half of their line. I'm sort of skeptical on trying the other half although they can be found cheap, I don't wanna be left disappointed. If I had to do over, I would only keep the top 3 on the above list, as I could take or leave the rest.

Tommy Bahama Men - mildly pleasant.
Others I've tried from the house didn't care for.

I've contemplated this one too. The notes kinda sound boring though. Although only like 15-20 bucks, probably money I could use towards something different.

I didn't like it, it reminded me of Nautica Voyage which I don't care for. However this is only going off of a sample. I do kinda wanna buy Martinique just to have the full collection of that bottle style.. but I know I'll never wear it.

I've had Set Sail St. Bart's which I enjoyed quite a bit. This actually works in summers.

Tried St. Martinique but didn't care for it.

The very rare Vintage Paradise: Bergamot, Coffee, Tobacco flower, Orange blossom, Patchouli and Honeysuckle, is the best warm weather fragrance I have ever owned. The rest are just ok imho.

Nice Stu, I heard great things about that one too. I should have bought it when I saw it on sale years ago. Can't find it anywhere now.

    +1

I've sampled the entire line and the only one that I would have considered would have been Vintage Paradise. I never bought it, and given the price point now, I likely never will.

Yes, because it's so different, I would have to choose Vintage Paradise as my favorite from the TB line. I'm VERY fortunate to have a relatively good amount of this.

Curiously enough, Vintage Paradise is pretty much impossible to find nowadays, even if you were willing to pay a premium price for it. I don't think I have ever seen it on eBay.

    Other TB favs are.....

    Set Sail Martinique
    Tommy Bahama for Men
    Set Sail St. Barts
    St. Kitts
    Tommy Bahama for Him

Sorry for being late to the party here, and resurrecting the thread...but I just found the site and have been through most of the TBs. The ones I've tried are, in order of preference:
    1. St. Kitts--amazing, smells like the ocean, I have 5 stockpiled from TJX. Not particularly strong.
    2. TB for Men (original)--great, bergamont, amber, ginger. I bought a NOS tester and love it.
    3. Maritime Deep Blue--strong "like", Christmas at the beach. Complex, juniper and florals down to incense. Females appreciate it.
    4. TB for Him (new formula)--Jolly Ranchers, SweetTarts, watermelon. Fun but not good for cold weather. Keeping in reserve.
    5. Very Cool (new formula)--Lemon Pledge, very week and short-timed. "Mostly Harmless." Got rid of it.
    5. Island Life--tried briefly, wasn't worth getting. I like Nutmeg, but it was just Nutmeg.
    6. Martinique--just smelled dull and boring, like your deodorant kept going longer. Gave away.
    7. St. Barts--I know people like it, but it irritated my nose and I kept sneezing at first. The vanilla bottom was nice.
    8. Maritime (regular)--Rotten-Apple Baby Powder. Returned it.

Can't find South Seas cheap enough, though I like the concept on paper. Not willing to spend out for the original Very Cool. Will try Maritime Journey (waiting for Maritime Styx and Maritime Reo Speedwagon, lol) when it hits the discounters.

Of the ones I own, in order:

Tommy Bahama for Men (2005) was phenomenal; a truly underrated fragrance. It was one of my favorites; too bad I lost the bottle I had.
St. Barts - Love it (Need to do a review of it)
St. Kitts - Love it (Did a review of it)

The rest didn't inspire me enough to buy them.

I didn't find any good enough to buy. I think they are kind of chemically. Not my thing.

I like St. Barts, which is a very accurate rendering of a salt-rimmed lime margarita (so accurate, in fact, that it smells like you spilled one on yourself). I haven't tried any others.

These all seem varying shades of decent to me, but I just didn't end up wearing them much. I have owned five or so bottles from Tommy Bahama, I think I liked St. Bart's the best. Plain Tommy Bahama was a well-made fragrance, but the pencil shavings note was a big turn off to me. I ended up giving them all to my brother in law who really likes them and used them all up.

I think you got a bad bottle of Maritime! My fave. It is literally a Fierce recreation with a tropical vibe. Look up the reviews and that seems to be the consensus. No baby powder or apple

I've always (probably unfairly) disregarded Tommy Bahama. The stuff if available on the cheap literally everywhere, I hate their clothing (lol), and the ones I've sampled, despite smelling decent, had terrible longevity. Is there one out there that legit smells amazing and actually lasts a long time?

No, you won't get much longevity here (unless you start applying to clothing).

Thanks. I was hoping to be wrong here but all the ones I've tried, despite smelling ok to good, just disappear all too quick.

There was a reform at some point (folks are divided over what the impact of that was on scent) and the packaging has changed a few times.
