Default NEW: The Art of Shaving - Bourbon Amber!

    From NST:

The Art of Shaving has launched Bourbon Amber, a new addition to the Cologne Intense collection.

The Art of Shaving Bourbon Amber Cologne Intense is inspired by cask-aged bourbon*, distilled to its essence.

A spirit inspired scent blending a rich, woody base with a warm, vanilla heart.

Laced with herbal undertones, our Bourbon Amber Cologne Intense recalls the grand heritage of our tonsorial, gentleman’s lounge tradition.

Signature bottle design inspired by our Nickel-Engraved Razor. Featuring extra-heavy glass and a magnetized cap.

*Does not contain Bourbon Whiskey. Not for consumption.

Bourbon Amber features notes of lemon primofiore, cypriol, lavender, saffron, vanilla, patchouli, sandalwood, labdanum and amber.

The Art of Shaving Bourbon Amber is available in 30 and 100 ml.

Sounds good. Probably too much vanilla for me, but I'd like to try it.

If I understand correctly it is a limited release in collaboration with the latest Kingsman movie. Stocks are already low or gone. I purchased one of the last bottles at the nearest Art of Shaving a few weeks ago. The situation was cloudy as the staff I dealt with were on the job less than a week. Grabbed an Oud Suede at the same time as they were running a half price special. The Bourbon is 100 ml, the Oud 30 ml. I prefer the Oud as the Bourbon is way too sweet, and this is from a guy with many sweet frags. Should have reversed the sizes. Both project well and last a full work day with only two full sprays. The quality seems to match the price point. If you need an aftershave balm, the Bourbon is very good in that form. I would not recommend blind buying the Bourbon.

    “ Not for consumption.”

Reminds me of those little strange packs marked ‘do not eat’ that you often find in new items. Have to wonder how many morons out there are eating and drinking things they shouldn’t before the warnings are printed
