Robertet, Givaudan, Firmenich, IFF, they all have sales offices in the EU. For a comprehensive listing look at thegoodscentscompany.com
On my formulation blog, you will find free perfume formulations and accords. We also provide bespoke perfume formulations.

If you are looking for small quantities, you'd better buy at Hekserij.nl
They've got all you mentioned and are relatively cheap.
Maybe the owner Jan Meutgeert is open to cooperate with a Germany based outlet... who knows.

One question however: why would you like to start a 'small' business? For fun?
There are so many trusted resources already whit in the EU and abroad...
    Why another one?

    Jeroen.

    Hi Jeroen,
Thank you again for the responding.
Actually I wanna start a business not for fun at all I have many people they ask me for Sorten oils to make perfumes and learning.
And I’m afraid to start with big amount of perfumes materials maybe business goes not good !!
Resources far a way such as USA , China , India has expensive tax here in Germany, i had an experience with it .

Hekserj.nl heel goed, I bought some materials from them but I don’t know if Jan do cooperate with Germany.!
