Default Dia Man v Carnal Flower

Two GREAT fragrances. Both floral, both lean unisex/feminine and I am considering buying one of them.

Which of the 2 do you prefer and why??

    Thanks in advance!

    Carnal Flower

Why? Because even though I appreciate Dia Man, it's very fleeting on my skin. Carnal Flower has great volume, and is stunning year round, but especially in summers. It's been my #2 tuberose fragrance for over 2-3 years. Many would say Carnal Flower isn't masculine, but I respectfully disagree: most don't like tuberose on themselves. And Carnal Flower is way more unisex than stuff like Amarige, Twilly, Gabrielle or Gucci Bloom.

Though, I'd probably pick Une Fleur de Cassie ahead of Carnal flower for a (similar but no tuberose) floral. Have you tried it?

Carnal flower by far. Recently bought a bottle for my girlfriend, so I've been wearing ait a lot lately.
Thinking of acquiring a bottle for myself it's that satisfying.

Yep seen it. He gave it a 10/10 didn't he?? I agree with the 10 as a scent but lacks a bit in projection and longevity for me to score it a 10. But then again.........Who am I to argue with The Maillard?? A 10 it is ;-)

Both masterpieces in my opinion, but I'd go with Dia on versatility grounds.

Tuberose and I do not get along, so Carnal Flower is out. Smells great on other people though.

Yes....I could see how CF might smell better in the air rather than directly smelling from your own skin.

Not even close for me. Carnal Flower. Dia has something funky going on that I can't get past every time I wear it. Carnal Flower turns really musky on me and its a pleasure to experience it every wear.

Carnal Flower just for what was already said above about it.

Carnal Flower for me too. Much better all round scent, gorgeous tuberose. Can't say I've ever given it a full wearing outside the house, but my wife tried it from a tester and she said she would jump at it.

They're both nice. Recently, I've been excited about white florals, and co-opting them as masculine fragrances. Carnal Flower is on the extreme side of this effort. A couple others that might work better for me are Dusita Melodie de L'Amour and Guerlain Joyeuse Tubereuse.

Seems like an odd pair to compare. I chose CFL for pure sensual joy. But if you mentioned versatility, I'd choose Dia.

I've heard a lot of people talk about their dislike of Tuberose. Having recently got hold of my sample of Carnal Flower this is the first time I have sampled it in a high volume. I really like it. Think I could become a Tuberose fanboy!

Carnal Flowers is truly unique and masterpiece. It is one of the best processed tuberose themes. I personally feel it on the female side. Especially when the initial green phase disappears.
Tuberose was banned in Victorian times. It was said, that the young girls
    bring to sinful thoughts!

I own both. Carnal Flower wins over Dia Man. I think Dia Woman is better than the Men's version.

For me, Dia. I love the smell of Tuberose, but in small doses when wearing, something on the order of Richard James Savile Row perfume is just right for me.

Now the smell of Tuberose in the air is incredibly enjoyable, but Carnal Flower is just too heavy to wear.
