    Default Looking for topnote suggestions

I am creating a labdanum dominated perfume with a heavy dose of white florals. I have the base and the mid, but my top seems to be lacking totally and my mid needs some work. Any suggestions on top notes would be really appreciated. I am also trying to make the mid a little more lactone dominated and I am trying to take it in more of a tuberose direction so any suggestions on how to do that would also be appreciated.

    My perfume so far contains.

    Labdanum Heart
    Hedione HC
    Indolarome
    Vetiver Haiti
    Patchouli Aged 5 years
    Santalol
    Jasmalactone
    Hydroxycitronellal
    Muscenone
    Aurelione
    Helvetolide
    Anisyl Propanal
    Amyl Salicylate
    Benzyl Salicylate
    Benzyl Acetate

You still need to define the heart, and the fragrance's direction. Only you can do that.
Seems like your concept was just only partially developed before you started...

Better to start with a defined concept when you start...

    haha, well spoken PK! LOL

dear needaname, please give us percentages. its the only way one can recommend detailed additions or changes of the formula. thx!

ps.: if you want your fragrance labdanum heavy, consider using cistus essential oil. this will provide a very strong top note effect, that bears a great potential to be modified to several directions. if you want it white flower heavy, try blending it with neroli, natural or your own neroli blend.
i got my Cistus EO from white lotus aromatics, and its one of my most beloved ones ever.

For a brilliant top you can't go wrong with A TRACE!! of Aldehyde C12MNA.

Thanks for the comment, it reminded me to stop randomly throwing stuff together and start with a better plan and build a skeleton and go from there. I have gone back to the drawing board, I decided to modify it and started off with an ambrene base to which I plan on adding florals. Lets see what I come up with.

I think you choose base notes too much. most of them are heavy...
But depend on dose of each scent, it could be work well.
If you want to go Tuberose, orange blossom sweetness needed. like Methyl Anthranilate...
Jasmolactone is strong, so careful of dose and see the result.
If you still think lactonic is not enough, I would suggest Aldehyde C14 and C18(work together or choose one is up to you)
for top, I recommend bergamot and orange.
