    Default Nishane Sultan Vetiver

    Guys ,
What your feedback in Sultan Vetiver ?
I owned zegna Haitian Vetiver and Dior Vetiver . Is SV close to the two I mention?

    How’s performance ? I am assuming it’s a good fit for summer .

    Thanks

I wouldn't place it in the same category with the Zegna and Dior, but with something like Jovoy's Private Label.
    Performance is great.
I'd reserve it for autumn or winter use... it's quite heavy.
    But that's just me.

Don't know about Dior Vetiver, but no, it is not the same as Haitian Vetiver, nor do I find it close to Private Label - I actually would find it closer to Haitian Vetiver than I would Private Label.

it's like a thick rooty vetiver with a big dollop of sweetness added. I'd have to smell it again. But it's not thin/airy nor screechy. It's not all smokey either.

I love vetiver, but Sultan Vetiver was unwearable to me. The overwhelming impression it gave me was the smell of a urinal cake. Just not pleasant at all, unfortunately. Nothing like Haitian Vetiver, which is damp-green then dry-woody to my nose.
