    Question New Pacificas?

Why are Pacifica's line of fragrances listed as "new"? That's the regular line. How do you find these new releases, hednic?

Hi Zilpha . In this case, the specific ones I posted from the house, and that you refer to were listed as "New Fragrances" by Fragrantica in their posted list of New Fragrances a few weeks ago. I'm a little behind catching up and it's also a lot of work scouring the different sites, and there are many. Haven't been able to post those until today. Sometimes they (Fragrantica) put the year next to each one, and sometimes they don't so the release info might seem a bit misleading. Also, the specific season of the year isn't given and even "late 2017 releases" in some cases are listed as "new' by them in 2018, before they're moved to their database so I just report what is available to me. Hope that helps. If you have knowledge of any new fragrances, please list them in the appropriate sticky. I could use the help from other Basenoters like yourself.

Thanks for that explanation, hednic. I appreciate all the work that you do for this site. It was sly of you to mention that I might help you, but I could be unreliable. You never know when I might go missing for years at a time. But I hope you find someone who will assist you. Readers, you are on notice!

I always liked the Neroli. Inexpensive and a great way to wear a floral.

I bought mine several years ago.

And a big thanks to you, Hednic, for being the site expert on scents.

I wondered the same, as I own a few of the "new" releases. I thought perhaps these were re-released.

And thank you, hednic, for your efforts!
