Although honestly not a fan of either, have tried both more than once and given the choice would pick the former as it would suit me better.

Same here. I prefer TB 100 to 1 over NE.

If you're referring to the Tobacco Vanille today it's linear, watered down and a pale shadow of its original release. The original still was a linear scent but it was a lot more potent. I honestly don't care for this scent at all anymore.

Noir extreme wasn't that good either. It carries a spicy, vanilla, woody accords.

Nonetheless, I would give the nod to Tobacco Vanille as regard to original release but personally I would pass on both.

I like Nior Extreme more for ME. TV was my first high end frag purchase ever but it has never quite worked for me- way too sweet, way too much vanilla. I always say it’s 75/25 vanilla/tobacco; if it were reversed I would be in heaven as I really quite like the tobacco note.

NE is a more versatile scent that doesn’t weigh me down like TV does. I feel like I can rock through my day with NE whereas TV is only suited for a lazy Sunday afternoon in late November- for me!

I do recognize TV as the masterpiece that it is but I find myself wishing TF would do a TV Extreme where the tobacco was jacked up more.
