Default Spammed "Addicted to Sampling" group!

Hello dear moderators, et al. I am a member of the addicted to sampling group and the two latest posts within that group are pure spam--adverts for moving companies, one (maybe both) in India. I didn't read all of either post, but they are inappropriate and include links that might be phishing. How to stop/remove? Thanks.
