Default Which is the true vintage of Gianfrance Ferre?

I'm confused about this due to conflicting information on other sites. Which is the true original vintage of this?
Any help greatly appreciated. Pictures would also be a big plus. I'm grateful for anything actually.

    Obviously title should read 'Gianfranco'

    Regards

Yup, this is the vintage splash.

2nd release has glass shoulders only; there is no strip of glass down the middle of the bottle as seen with the vintage.

The bottle that’s entirely frosted (like the one OP posted) is the newest formulation.

Yes, the glass strips down the center is the thing to remember for vintage.

But even the second release is still good. And, of course, you can't beat the price.

I find the last iteration (painted all black) to be my favorite, even while the brown glass (Diana De Silva) manufacture versions "smell more vintage" I think the all-black lasts longer and is better blended. (Every time I tried to back it up, I got older versions — Doh!).

In other words, to my nose, there is no wrong choice.

Probably very true. I haven't smelled the current version.
