Thread: strange question |
Hello
I have a strange question about the amount of ethyl vanillin given an amount of vanillin.
For example: i have a formula with 10 per cent vanillin, what amount of ethyl vanillin should i add to have the same power? I know that the smell is a bit different, but i don t have vanillin...
I read that ethyl vanillin is 10x more powerful than vanillin, so the ratio would be 1/10? Or what?
Thank you all
Robert
