    Default Luxury Scent Box - Issues From Day One?

    I signed up Sept. 1st and filled a calendar of the next 6 months, the first fragrance I chose was CH Men Privé, it showed that with the status as being "processing." Now fast forward 10 days, it finally ships out but it no longer says "CH Men Privé " it says "CH Men" which is a different cologne altogether. I tried to contact them twice by E-mail to no avail, and their live chat feature shows "away" and has never changed in any of the times I've reached out that way.. Has anybody else had them ship the wrong fragrance? Are they this difficult to reach for everybody? Already considering cancelling my subscription..

    I'm just waiting until Monday morning to call them. I much prefer to do these sort of things via E-Mail, but I suppose I'll have to call. How they choose to handle the situation will determine if I stay with them or not.

    UPDATE*

    I called them a couple times and did not get an answer, left 2 messages. I tried messaging them on Facebook and within 5 minutes I got a reply, explained the issue and they offered to ship me out a CH Prive and to keep the CH Men I received in error. I guess I'll stick around a little while longer!
