Perhaps Burberry London.
I've been looking at frags like One Million/Prive, and I actually smelled them, I remember liking them - but if it wasn't for a salesperson informing me of my now personal favorite fragrance, Sauvage - I would have bought One Million.
So now with it being October, I need some ideas/suggestions on what fragrances to check out for a 75-80 USD budget.
To give you gents/ladies some ideas, I loved Halloween Man Shot, Axe Dark Temptation, and that's all I can really think of as of right now.
Perhaps Burberry London.

Appears Belk carries Thierry Mugler. That said: Pure Havane.

Really, you could consider some simple shopping on the Internet. Fragrancenet.com and Ebay.com offer many at discounts. Some nice fall frags can be found, especially 50ml/1.7 is bottles. If you like them, you could purchase larger bottles: Some good fall frags:
Certainly Burberry London mentioned,
Boss Bottled Intense is an apple pie cinnamon scent very smooth,
Valentino Uomo Intense, spicy leather beautiful
Spicebomb, and Spicebomb Intense, the original a fresher take.
Those have some sweet vibe of you liked 1 Million which is all sugar
Like wood? A beautiful cedar is very attractive, and Quorum Silver is 15$ to 25$ available on EBay and Amazon.
Last try, a sweet tea scent, smooth and attractive is Gucci Pour Homme II, readily available, less than $50.
Enjoy!

With that budget I'd go to Alexandria Fragrances and get 30ml of Wasted Moment (clone of Kilian Apple Brandy), and 30ml of King Tut (Clone of Roja Dove Creation-E).
You get both for $80. They're the cheapest fragrances in my collection but are nonstop compliment getters.
Don't stank.
+1 L'Occitaine Eau des Baux
+1 Bentley for Men Intense
+1 Burberry London
+1 for Thierry Mugler...but I prefer Pure Tonka.
You could also try Arpege Pour Homme by Lanvin, Versace The Dreamer, and Tom Ford Noir Extreme, all within your price range.
