Default Tree scents could be very good for you

    https://www.outsideonline.com/187038...all-me-morning

Interesting what is said here near the end of the article about phytoncides, or scents emitted by trees, and their possible health benefits.

Fascinating. And one of the reasons I run with my dog every night through countryside orchards.

Dad was a truck driver when I was growing up. In the winter months he used to haul Christmas trees and deliver them to various lots. Just standing in those fields and remembering the rich pine aroma seemingly clearing out sinuses and wiping out headaches. Was pretty cool.
    Don't stank.

Really enjoyed reading that, cheers. Some people close to me think I'm (even more than normal) crackers for getting up an hour earlier than otherwise needed to go for a stroll through the woods in the morning twilight on days when I'm not in the gym. I've always sworn that I've felt ready for the day after this. If their research is on target, it makes sense now on a personal level.
