Default Diptyque Eau Duelle EDT vs EDP

Which do you prefer and why? How do they compare?

EdP has nuclear projection and is quite long lasting. But the EdT is a tad smoother and easier to wear (for a man I guess). Voted for EdT.

I prefer EDT of the two. However I have other vanillas that I personally prefer over these.

Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille. This one is a boozy vanilla. I have both the original 2007 and repackaged 2012 bottles.

Indult Tihota. This one is vanilla extract, purest vanilla you'll ever find.

Own and like both, but prefer the EDP. Smells richer and lasts longer on my skin.

I prefer the EDT. The EDP is just a bit too much, and I was always perfectly happy with the EDT. If it ain't broke...

As far as vanillas go, I like:

Dame Perfumery Black Flower Mexican Vanilla (this is my favorite straight up vanilla)
Les Couvent de Minimes Eau des Missions (a mildly boozy vanilla....very nice, and a real bargain)

Spiriteuse Doble Vanille: Boozy, dark, fluffy thick vanilla. It's great stuff but too expensive considering how seldom I wear straight-up vanilla scents.

But I'd say my favorite overall is Diptyque Eau Duelle EDT.
