Unfortunately, I have just learned that this great lady has passed away. What a sad day indeed!

Just to add to this: Onda, Rubj, and Naja are masterpieces to me. I am so sad that the world has lost this talent. I don't know what will happen to Vero Profumo in the future, but her work will surely stand the test of time.

While I'm not overly familiar with her work, this is sad news all the same. Seems right to thank her for all of her hard work and dedication to the craft over the years. Rest in Peace, Vero.

Oh my, this is terrible news. I had the pleasure of meeting her personally about 10 years ago in Paris. A truly lovely person and extremely talented perfumer. May she rest in peace.

Sa. We'll remember her by wearing her stuff. I have Onda and Naja, both excellent.

I am horribly sad about this. I communicated with her not too long ago concerning the distribution problems with her scents and she was so very kind.

I've been wearing Rozy and Onda non-stop for weeks now, simply because I think they are incredible and genuinely unique scents. I will miss her talent greatly. :-(

Very sad news indeed. She was such a tremendously talented and creative force in independent perfumery.

What sad news. I just coincidentally received a bottle of Naja today, a blind buy. What a melancholic feeling it will be to open the package.

She’s had a great gig doing something she truly cared about. Which is probably not something everyone can claim to be doing. See you on the other side, Vero. Thank you for your gifts.

I see that Luckyscent is suddenly completely out of ONDA in all concentrations. Wow, that was fast. :-(

The first thing I did this morning when I read the post was place an order with Luckyscent. I figured there would be a run, I only wish I could afford to buy more.

Sad news, indeed. A wonderful, talented lady who did things her way. Will be wearing Onda, Kiki and Mito these next few days.

Does anyone have any idea what will happen to her company and fragrance collection now that she is gone?

I am still feeling very sad about this loss. I think Onda is one-of-a-kind.

From what I have heard, her formulas were sold to CampoMarzio in Italy, I hope they will continue production of her scents.

Oh, man, I hope so too! And I hope they change absolutely nothing about them.

Be good if everyone else did. Those fragrances are too good to lose.
