I recently came across this on Bloomingdales website but can’t find any information, kind flew under the radar.

Thanks for posting. First time I'm hearing about this but will definitely try it, I have always been a fan of the original edt.

I quite like the EdP. Could this be a flanker?

Would've much preferred a 'Gold Blend' of Polo Green for the 40th anniversary (why didn't this happen?!), but this still interests me. Thanks.

I picked this up recently. Wearing it today and I'm enjoying it.

It has the same melony character as the EDT and adds some woody/spicy depth with the ginger, vetiver and patchouli. At first I didn't get any incense but after some time I noticed it peaking around the corner every now and then. Longevity is reasonable at 6-7 hours.

Overall nothing spectacular but fans of the original (such as myself) will definitely enjoy this. I think it's the best version of Polo Blue you can get in stores as of today.

I've always wanted to get me some Polo Blue. When the Blue eau de parfum came out, I almost jumped on one. Since I'm still waiting, maybe this will be the one I get.

The bottle was beautiful but when I tested it , it was quite pedestrian and boring.

I've always thought a flanker version of Polo (green) named Sterling would be a good release if it held some of the traditional notes while updating. Not quite what Modern Reserve was because I thought it leaned a little too far off from the original. Sterling seems like a good name and would play well on the English influence which is a large part of the Polo brand.

There is the 50th anniversary cologne. I don't remember if the difference is strictly packaging or if it's a flanker scent to the original.

Tried the Blue Gold over the weekend. I like it, although it doesn't really try to separate itself from the rest of the Blue lineup. I can't speak for projection or longevity but the rest of the lineup is lacking in both categories. The Gold smells good though, if you like the Blue line of Polo, you'll probably really like this.
