    Default Fragrance related tattoos

At age 49 I want to get my first ink. I can never think of anything I’d want to commit to that much, but then I started thinking about something fragrance related, say violets, neroli and patchouli.. has anyone had any ink done relating to the hobby?

I personally don't have a fragrance related tattoo, but I know Drake has a Drakkar Noir bottle tattooed on his shoulder....

Probably never will but if I were to have a fragrance related tat, it’ll probably feature: oakmoss, oud, rose and violet leaf.

Whoa. That actually looks like a brand of a brand.

I'd get either violets, or a bottle of Shalimar. However, I think I'm done getting anymore tattoos for the time being. Other priorities have superseded future ink stains.

    On the other hand...

I might sympathize if someone had the Jean Patou logo tattooed and then told everyone it was the Chinese character for "joy".

There is a perfumer, Laurent Bruyere, who seem to like a certain Guerlain perfume.

Damn. Because I've wanted to get a tattoo of the Lagavulin logo for a long time. It looks cool either way, regardless of what the logo actually is from. But hey, I guess I better stop having kids. lol

I have three tattoos. I’m 44 and got my first ink at age 37: On my upper right arm, a custom Unicorn standing in a Violet patch, with a Ulysses blue butterfly flying upwards against a refracted rainbow backdrop. I am now in need of a touchup. My second tat is a personalized JEM cartoon logo on my upper left arm. On my right lower back is a Gingerbread Girl. Scratch n’ Sniff! (I chose this location to cover up a scar after removing a large, ugly mole. That spot burned like FIRE!)

I am loving the Mitsouko tat above, and would consider a L’HB sticker on the left side of my lower back for sure. L’HB is Christmas to me. But before I can do that, more L’HB should be in order.

    Cool Re: Fragrance related tattoos

I kinda like the cross swords that Creed incorporates into their logo.
I could see myself stealing that idea and incorporating the cross swords into a different text.
Granted, Creed isn't the first to do this, so it wouldn't necessarily be copying from them directly, lol
