Suggestions for jogger pants / sweatpants / drawstrings for men?

I'm looking to buy a couple of pairs. I do/did have a couple of older ones, but they were pretty cheap when I bought them and I'm not satisfied with the quality/durability.

I'm not looking for anything fancy, but something that's somewhat better. Maybe in the $50-$150 price range. I like the ones that are slim/tapered, have elastic 'grips' (not sure what to call those ?) at the ankles, and preferably cotton. These would mostly be used lounging around and casual wear when going out, not workout pants. A little heavier ones would be fine in this Toronto cold.

I prefer the ones that look a little 'dressy', if that makes sense.

P.S. Drawstrings aren't mandatory - zip/button work just as fine.

My favorite brand for "basics" including sweatpants is Kotn at Kotn.com. They are actually based in Canada but recently opened a NY store. Very soft combed 100% cotton fabric. Great sweatpants, sweatshirts and t-shirts.

I have a few from Armani exchange they're pretty flattering and slick. For just strictly gym I have a few from Hollister and a brand called seobean from Ebay which is from china

I like Superdry Orange Label for their jogging bottoms. Price is around £35 but the quality is rock solid. They are also fleece lined. Here’s what they look like, but there's more styles and colours to choose from:

I really like the ones they offer at Uniqlo which are extremely comfortable and look great casually or a bit dressy with a blazer. I think they're at a price point of only $40 but can be $30 when they're on promo.

I roll them up sometimes to give that cropped look.
