I'm interested in this as well since it was one of my favorites when I was younger, but I've seen very little info in it

I'll be sending this out for a Phytochemia GC test. I have moved away from the relatively small amount of information returned from a PA GC, and am deciding to move towards Phytochemia, with a slightly increased cost. But going by the sample GC they sent for comparative discussion, the quality and quantity of their results are 4X - 10X better than a PA GC. (maybe even more X times, but I need to receive one and then build it back together based on their results...)

How much does Phytochemia charge vs PA and, in general, how big of a sample do you typically need to send for analysis?

    I think Phytochemia is $160. The quality/sensitivity is 50X -100X.

    They say they want 2ml.

And you recommend them over PA at $200?

I've grown tired of PA's GC tests, because of inconsistencies, generally poor results, lack of information necessary for my needs, and maybe more, if I think about it.

Phyto sent me a sample GC they had done, which had much more sensitivity, than a PA test, and hence was much more complete. This is much more useful to me. I have yet though, to send them something, and I'm getting ready to send them a couple of things...

Paul, have you officially tried Phytochemia's GC analysis? If so, what was the final cost and were you pleased with the results?
