Default Launched my own sustainable clothing brand using vintage Japanese silk kimonos. 20% off for BNers!

    Hi All!

I'm pleased to announce that I recently launched a Toronto-based sustainable, ethical clothing brand called Ichijiku. We take vintage silk kimonos, sourced directly from Japan, and turn them into the most beautiful accessories on the planet.

I wanted to take this opportunity to offer a special discount for the next month for BN members. If you put in the code "FRAGRANCEADDICT" at checkout you will get 20% off anything.

Hope you guys like the stuff. We will be releasing many more new series in the future, so please keep checking back often!

    All the best,

    Aaron

This sounds like a lovely idea and I'm eager to see what you have to offer!

Alas, like Zizzy above, I'm having trouble getting the site to load properly for me.

Very weird. I just clicked the link I included in my first post, and it seems to be working in both Chrome and Firefox. Works on iOS Chrome and Safari as well.

Please let me know if it still isn't working now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

*Edit - seems to be an issue that Squarespace is aware of. Last time I tried to access the site it seemed to work alright.

I hope all my fellow BNers are doing well in these crazy times....

It’s been around a year since my brand launched, and I have since moved production to Japan. Even bigger news, however, is that I have expanded into bespoke suiting using vintage silk kimono fabrics!!!!

Here is an example of a finished product.

    DF71C184-C614-4594-99CF-ED0AEDB60E87.jpg

And just a sample of some of the beautiful fabrics I have on hand right now...

    C674F0ED-6260-43FF-A8FD-5FD357F13024.jpg

I believe everyone should look as good as they smell—and I don’t think looking good gets any better than a suit or blazer made of vintage kimono fabric.

The best part is that all orders can be placed online/via video chat! All you do is select the fabric you like, send me a suit or blazer that fits well, pick out the accents/design, and we will make your dream come true.

All BN members get a free accessory of their choice with any order until the end of June as well

Please help Ichijiku become the leader in sustainable luxury. I look forward to hearing from you!
