I tried it a couple of times. Gave me puffy eyes.
    Didn't bother with them afterwards.
For me, it was best to just use facial scrub under eyes, a couple of times a week.

I do. I use moisturizing eye cream, that should help to reduce blue spots under eyes. Frankly speaking I have a hard time to say if it helps or not, just keep using it as it became a part of my morning\evening grooming routine. If you have dry skin, it surely will help you.

As far as I know it's not recommended - your skin under eyes is super thin and facial scrub will likely damage it. You'd better use a gentle face wash

    Thanks.
To clarify, I meant under the eyes as in this video, not under the eyes as in just under the eyelashes.

I have used the Clinique cream as well and liked it. Nice hydration. However, I tolerate also the regular cream I put on the face, so I have not been using specific eye creams recently.

I tend to have puffy eyes, and creams don't do much for that problem. Rather, it's about cold and massage to drain the under eye bags.

All I'm shooting for is reducing puffiness so I just use Garnier's Clearly Brighter Anti-Puff Eye Roller...
