    Default Tom Ford Oud Wood

    Hello every one,
I bought this fragrance yesterday because I heard lots of good words for this fragrance so i sprayed 3 time, 2 in the neck 1 in my shirt, and wasn't smelling much so I've started thinking it could be fake or it has expired, so please can you tell me based on the photos I provided what's the case? Also can you give me some advices how can I know if a parfume is original and not expired? Also what does this "A68" mean? Really wanna get more deep into the fragrance world so any advice would be cool.

I don't see anything outwardly wrong from the photos you provided that jumps out to me. Where did you get it from

A68 would be the Batch number. The year and month of production. It would be a June 2018 bottle.

Bottle looks just fine to me. Fwiw, Oud Wood is one of those scents that people are always complaining doesn't perform well. My suggestion would be to wear it a few times over the next couple weeks see if your perception of the scent improves. It's happened to me many times- buy a new bottle and think it's a dud only to discover down the road that it was just fine.

    The bootle looks legit.

Why do you think the fact you do not smell the fragrance on yourself is the sign of fake?
I did wear hundreds of fragrances, and I must confess some of them have good longevity on a paper/arm, but didn't work on me. So that I always try the fragrance on a neck before I buy it.

This. Use the fragrance for a week or two and it will begin to work on you!

I bought this same batch, last year: and can attest that I easily get 3-4 hrs of healthy projection and a 8-10 hrs of longevity in totality:
do also sense it on myself; yourvBottle could of been compromised, have you asked others if they sense it on you...

    Note:I bought mine from FragranceNet...

Looks good from the pictures. This is one of the more subtle scents from the Private Blend collection. Maybe spray more.
