Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."

BDK Creme de Cuir, from a sample. I do like this, it has a progression and has not yet reached the really leathery part. Sort of sweet and loud at first application, but always smells good to me. Would not be good in the summer though.

Good afternoon all !. Home early and off work until Tuesday . I feel a Thursday wine o'clock beckoning - relaxing with a chilled sauvignon blanc in the garden seems like a great way to kick off the Easter break . Back later !.

Robin, best wishes to you all for a speedy recovery.

Morning everyone! It’s very rainy and GRAY, I’m staring down the barrel of a 10+ hour day, and I cannot decide at all what to wear.

What do you wear on days like this? Any suggestions?

Hope you all have a great Thursday!

From your wardrobe I'd go with an uplifting classic with plenty of tenacity. Arpege or No 5 (and if you go with the latter I may be inspired to join you later with my vintage EDC )

Great idea of course! No.5 is my favorite but I don’t often wear it to work, I’ll usually go with Eau Premiere instead. Buuut, today it’s No.5 EDP all the way.
