Default What is your vacation fragrance?

Alright guys summer 2019 is here and many of us will take our vacations in the coming months. What will be your fragrances of choice???

Personally I’m going to take some semi cheapies just in case they become sacrifices to the fragrance gods during transport.
-Carven L’eau Intense- strong enough to last all day walking in the city yet inoffensive and versatile enough to be a safe reach for any occasion I might encounter.
Mugler A*Men Kryptomint- another mint based frag that will satisfy my nightlife needs while being unique enough to not blend in with the Sauvages and Invictus of the world.
Ferrari Bright Neroli- I cannot think of a more safe and pleasant scent for morning walks to the cafe to grab a coffee and breakfast.

Look forward to hearing your choices, and wishing you all happy vacations this summer!

Will take two bottles on holiday (undecided yet but one will probably be AdG Profumo) and the rest divided in decants of which one for sure also will be filled with Carven L'Eau Intense!
    My Top '11' :

    - Dolce & Gabbana: Pour Homme (vtg)
    - Paco Rabanne: Pour Homme (vtg)
    - Azzaro: Pour Homme (vtg)
    - Tom Ford: Ombré Leather
    - Guerlain: Héritage (vtg)
    - Mancera: Red Tobacco
    - YSL: Kouros (Fraîcheur)
    - Armani: Acqua di Gio Profumo
    - MPG: Santal Noble
    - Hermes: Terre d'Hermes
    - Amouage: Interlude

Will choose depending upon the place of visit. But light, easy to wear and not too cloying frags will be my pick.

Aventus (or any clone), Bvlgari Aqva, ADG Profumo, some decants etc etc

Generally, one or a few more the more affordable, versatile, casual and light crowd pleaser (s) in the personal lineup, also preferably something in its original box and a sturdier bottle, so that it can be transported effortlessly and safely

For me it might depend on where I was going.

I briefly visited Bermuda last year and took an atomizer of Hermes Voyage parfum and it was wonderful.

I just use up samples of whatever usually. Don't take up much space and I still have a bit of choice.

i've only tried a few and they all have super strong performance but Malibu was the only one i felt to be worthwhile. they seemed to strike out with this VIW clone and I think it's a better alternative than Gorse, more bombastic with a sugary lime-infused creamy mid that lasts. in many ways superior to the original just a lot less musky. unfortunate but the nose/house seems a bit lacking otherwise.

Nice one, it was the inclusion of the rum that really got my attention as I dig that accord and feel it would work really well in with the VIW vibe plus I like boozy scents. Gorse had been the best alternative but it didn't beat the original so I'm intrigued to see what this brings to the table.

definitely has more of that rum hit and veers towards the masculine side

Gorse was close but lacks a bit of that tropical lime-rum thing that I feel is the highlight of VIW.

Depends. I don't take my bottles with me, so I'll just take a decant/samples. If not that, then nothing, and I might spray something on at a store wherever visiting/vacationing.

Travel day fragrance is Nautica Voyage. Always.

Travel is always to desert-type destinations so with one exception, I don't bring anything too gooey.

Two Travalos that contain Bogart PH and Marc de la Morandiere M pour Monsieur are usually standard.

Assorted 2ml snap type sprayers/samples that may include:

    Baldessarini (this one always)
Caesars Man/Duc de Vervins/Dakar, etc; one of those
    Nautica Competition
    Hilfiger True Star
    Ed Hardy
    Horizon (Guy Laroche)
    Claiborne for Men
    Lanvin L'Homme Sport

I'd probably go with decants of:
Creed - VIW & Selection Verte
    Xerjoff - 40 Knots
Fragrance Du Bois - Zest Marin
