    Default Legaliies

I've been thinking of experimenting with making my own fragrances. A lot of the information I've seen about it suggests using alcohol (specifically vodka or grain alcohol) for the carrier agent. Does anyone know what the legal issues might be if I were to get to a point where I wanted to share and/or sell a fragrance? It seems to me that if there's drinkable ethanol in it, there's a lot of legal issues there.

Drinking alcohol has all possible taxes paid, so there is no legal problem using in perfumes, it is just a lot more expensive.
