    CK One

I got a small bottle of CK One as a gift roughly 20 years ago. I wasn't into fragrances back then. I don't remember if I ever wore it. I also don't remember getting rid of it, but I must have.

On a whim, I picked up a .5 oz mini on ebay last year for next to nothing, and I've been enjoying it so much! If it were just a tiny bit less sweet, it would probably be one of my all time favorites. Even as it is though, even in its current formulation, it's great stuff.
Current Favorites (in no particular order)
    Castile
    Royal Oud
    CK One
    Fahrenheit
    Curve
    1725 Casanova
    Aqua Universalis
    Prada L'Homme
    Tom Ford Extreme
    Green Irish Tweed
    Les Exclusifs Eau de Cologne
    Terre d'Hermes Parfum
    Pomelo Paradis
    Aqua Celestia
    Hanae Mori H.M. EDT

    Hahahaha oh man....

These are all ones I've re-bought AT LEAST once. Some I've re-bought more than once. Acquire, sold off, re-acquired, sold off again - or something like that.

So, these are ones that I've bought at least once and may not own at the moment because of... well.. selling it again, lol.

Some (a lot?) of the time it's I want to keep finding the next best thing, and the thrill of the hunt - only to realize later that the ones I had ARE indeed the great ones.

Fahrenheit (though I may not have ever been without it, or only briefly. Been flipping bottles and may prefer different years)
    Aventus
Eau Sauvage - had modern, sold it off, re-acquired vintages, sold them all off.
    Fleur du Male
Interlude Man - stupid mistake, re-acquired, don't want to be without.
    Cedrat Boise
Dior Homme - had modern, sold and re-bought vintages (both 2005 batch codes), then sold them off eventually.
Jaipur Homme EdP - may have had modern, sold off, re-bought modern, then sold off modern because of acquiring (or planning to acquire) a vintage - which I have currently.
    Eau de Rochas (Pour) Homme
    Terre d'Hermes Eau Tres Fraiche
    Acqua di Gio Profumo
    Spicebomb
Eau Sauvage Parfum - another dumb mistake like with Interlude Man.
    Bvlgari Aqva Pour Homme
Creed Orange Spice - mistake as above.
    A*Men Pure Havane
    Aoud Vanille
D&G Pour Homme - modern - sold, vintage - acquired, eventually all sold
    Mandorlo di Sicilia
    Xerjoff Naxos
Cool Water - kind of. had a modern bottle years ago and didn't really care for it. Got curious about vintage and acquired a bottle, but then sold it soon after.
    Ultra Male
Rose d'Arabie - stupidly sold off, then re-acquired in the latter magnetic case type, didn't smell the same (don't know if reformulation or my nose) so sold it off.
L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme - except the 2nd or so time was the wooden edition
    Dior Homme Parfum
maybe.. Original Vetiver, and Millesime Imperial (not sure how many times for MI), VIW.
    Chergui
    Jubilation XXV
Musc Ravageur I think as well, stupid mistake!
    D&G Pour Homme Intenso
    La Nuit de L'Homme
Xerjoff 1861 Renaissance (but I think this may due to a retailer messing up and sending me a tester instead of retail packaging, and I'm kind of a stickler for presentation/packaging)
    Dior Homme Cologne
    Papillon Salome
    Colonia Oud
    Bel Ami Vetiver
    Al Oudh
    R'oud Elements
    Ambra Aurea
    M. Micallef Emir
    1 Million Absolutely Gold
maybe Eau d'Hermes, and Absolue Pour le Soir
    Le Male
Grey Flannel (but re-acquired vintage maybe)
Gucci Pour Homme II (maybe, can't quite remember if I had two at once or not...)
    LIDG

....yeah.. who knows if that's all also.

p.s. Ones in bold are ones I currently have right now that I reacquired. My wardrobe is basically up to date.

Sold my 4.2 oz Ralph Lauren Polo when I was in my late 20s feeling it was way too mature for my tastes, only to seek out the same vintage when I hit my 40s. This time it ‘fits like a glove’.

    Many, but most often:

    LIDGE
    Encre Noire
    Rochas Man
    Millesime Imperial

I’ve bought and sold each at least three separate times. I’m on my 5th bottle of MI and I’ve never actually finished one. I’ve finally decided to keep it for once and for all. I finally decided to get rid of LIDGE for once and for all. Rochas and EN I’ll probably buy and sell again.

Devon. It's in a different bottle now, not sure if it changed or why I didn't keep it the first time.

A*Men and B*Men. Sold the 2nd lot as well though.

Recently ( I guess with a little more nuance in the nose) I find myself re-acquiring some of the frags I had gotten rid of, written off and the like:

    Habit Rouge ( just cuz)
Pour Lui (revolving door with this around a year ago - now its staying formly in!! - could well be my 'desert island/for life' frag)
Red Beverley Hills ( THAT dry down)
    Worth ( 'need' it again)
Azzaro PH ( Crazy fool for gettin rid)
Lalique PH Lion (what was I thinking !)
Desire Red ( kinds want it again - i feel I know how to apply this now - minimally)
    EN Extreme ( just cuz)

Do you do - have you done this?
    What , why, where, when...
OMG, too many times to list. I actually thought this is a prerequisite before joining the site - don't we all do it? :P

Lol I'm sure I see frags I've sold on eBay also be relisted ( I mean like the exact same bottle dinks n scratches n all) by the purchasers many moons later when I'm reacquiring!
    Habite Rouge
    Pour Lui
    They're polarising I guess

    Creed Orange Spice
