    Right ^
Man black orient < man in black < bvlgari man

Never smelled Man but i have mib which smells pretty good (nice for going out like a guys nite out, has more a party or club vibe to it)
Mbo has more refinement and depth. It is richer and i can use it for dressier nites out perhaps ( like a concert or date)

No, I haven’t. It sounds great— certainly right up your alley!
My only regrets in life are the people I haven't stood up for,
and the perfumes I've thrown away.

Bvlgari Man is mediocre and forgettable, so don't bother.

MIB is more interesting and I understand why it caught on with folks, but I don't think it all quite comes together; on paper, it all works, but the blend doesn't seem to me to be quite right.

Black Orient keeps MIB's most appealing aspect--the boozy leather--and puts it on top of a faux-Middle Eastern rose-and-oud backdrop. It didn't quite make a splash because it was "just another flanker," and, even more than that, it was yet another entry into the played-out "faux-Middle East oud scent" trend. Still, Black Orient is actually quite nice, and better than most western designers' forays into this style of fragrance. Black Orient offers a smooth, coherent, well-structured blend build around an appealing central accord. It's a well-behaved West-meets-East mash-up that has good presence and longevity without wearing particularly heavy.

Has to be Coco Mademoiselle Intense by Chanel (Coco ---> Coco Mademoiselle ----> this lovely darker version with more patchouli),
Pure Musc For Her by Narciso Rodriguez (For Her ---> Musc For Her ----> this lighter and dreamier more summery version)
and Black Opium Nuit Blanche by YSL. (Opium ---> Black Opium ---> this milkier and softer version with more vanilla latte).
