Good morning and good night my dear ones. I have my son back home and a U-haul truck to unload tomorrow. He had a proper reaction to my kittens-- "They are adorable. They are SO ADORABLE. How could God even make something so adorable?" That's my baby! I'm tired from all the driving and carrying, but not too tired to enjoy some Teint de Neige for a powder bomb bedtime.

I'm in Le Roy Soleil by Salvador Dali today. Beautiful oriental with juicy overripe fruits on top. I bought two small minis in discounter shop yesterday - one for me and one for my friend, also a big Dali fan. They were cheap and the bottles are really beautiful and quirky and when I looked through the notes I suspected it should be great. And it is great, I'm almost thinking of keeping both minis for myself now.

Shycat, you raised your son well. That's truly a proper reaction to kittens! Have a nice time together

Mure Et Musc Extreme and eau of exploded homemade grapefruit soda this morning. My homebrewed lactofermented soda was playing Beer Hunter with me - I made 3 bottles, one was uncarbonated, one lightly carbonated, and one BOOM like a shaken bottle of champagne. No injury or damage and it tastes good (and smells pretty good) but what a mess.

Congratulations NCal, and congratulations to Freewheeling Vagabond on your posting milestones!

Congrats on the milestones, dear longtime and oft-posting lovelies.
Thanks, HoP. Yes, ComDiva, a fence. I'll post pix, as ExtremeK suggested, after I build the adjacent boardwalk. I've always had a thing for boardwalks through wild settings, and I finally found a place for one.
Ines, you're so often posting about being tired. Do take care of yourself.
Robin, I like the sound of your beverage experiment.

Should we be worried? Oh, what the hell, I'll go ahead and worry anyway.

Thanks to cloud cover, I could do some weeding this morn. Now post-sweat and post-shower, I'm chilled in Dasein Winter, which is more like air conditioning than perfume. I bet it won't hold so much allure during cold weather.

Another summer day in the PNW--cloudy and drizzly. I don't mind, it keeps the fire danger low, and gray and cool is better for me than sunny and hot. I'm wearing Panthere de Cartier.

Hang on, Inees! I am up myself and full of McD's chicken biscuit thoughtfully provided by my son--so as to lever me out of bed. He and I will have a keto chat later--for today I munched on a biscuit with self indulgent, breakfast in bed delight. I'm happy, but my arms are still tired...ye olde spirit is willing, as they say. My plan is to take advantage of gravity and push everything into the front yard to take the truck back on time. Bwah ha ha! I can hear the HOA now--at least the collective *whoosh* as their eyebrows are raised.

But then later, I'll find some carpet to drag and build a bridge over my drainage ditch (aka "Grassy Branch" a blue line stream) with possibly a boardwalk leading to it through my flower garden since my flower garden is entirely a wilderness this year. Or maybe I'll lay back down on my dirty sheets and read a book and pet some kittens. One or the other.

In my uplifting trifecta of Teint de Neige, A Lilac a Day, and Love's Baby Soft. (Hey, I think I hear another *whoosh*)
