    Default Daily use attar/oil

    Hello!
I'm a novice who stumbled upon this site. Overwhelmed by the recommendations and impressed by the depth of knowledge people posse.
Not sure if this is the right room to seek recommendations, nevertheless
I'm looking for an oil/attar, pure & non-alcoholic, that I can wear everyday for work, it needs to be delicate & nothing too strong. I'm not a fan of floral or too sweet fragrances. Ideally, delicate musky would be ideal, please help me out; if you can also recommend genuine sellers of oil/attars.

    Thanks a ton!

Tauer does an Attar AT, not sure if it is suitable for your work situation though. Sultan Pasha does very good attars but at a high price. A cheap option is Abdul Karim Al Faransi, he has a few very good creations at reasonable prices. There is also, Elixir Attar who have an excellent range.

    Thanks for replying.

Can you suggest a few names from sultan pasha, elixir & Abdul Karim; something delicate with musky bas, I'm pretty new to this.

I tried messaging sultan pasha on his website to no response yet.

Also, if I wanted to order their sample set who's sample set would you recommend

    Thanks

Also I'm looking specifically for attar/oils as apposed to a spray perfume

Hello, I recently bought Abdul Karim al faranzi Oud al Amir and like it a lot, but it has a challenging oud note, Sultan Pasha has a set of samples that is probably your best bet in order to try several of his attars for you to decide what you like best.

Abdul Karim Faransi has a musk range, I think the IAM might suit your needs. You only need to buy the 0.5ml sample size with his attars, just a few small drops lasts all day.

I second this, but try before you buy, some of this attars are very strong for someone who's not accustomed to them.

Hey. Go to etsy and see Mellifluence.

    https://www.etsy.com/shop/Mellifluenceperfume

His stuff is great, all natural, and priced very very reasonably. He has done over 200 attars. They are all expertly blended and wonderful. They are not loud. They are all natural and no aromachemicals. But they are A1 and interesting.

I have bought probably 50 of them. They are addictive.

That site sells to the US. I’m in the US and I buy from them all the time.

i would try some from rising phoenix or mellifluence, either can be ordered via etsy. I am a big fan of the amouage attars but they are hard to get samples of, you can still order some of the full bottles from oman on ebay though. also second sultan pasha, try the sample set.

I saw someone recommended the Tauer AT attar - unless you dont work around a lot of people that one probably isnt work safe. Its pretty beastly.
