Did you own this bottle? If so, did you have the rectangular or the oval shaped bottle? What did you think of it?

Ordered Zegna’s Florentine Iris. One of only two fragrances which emit a sparkling accord in terms of it’s feel and smell. Very regal-like smell but the feel it emits is sparkly to me. Beautiful. Still trying to figure out how MFK’s BR540 and Florentine Iris have accomplished this sensation of being sparkly.

I'd suggest looking at some of the Kilian offerings like Single Malt, Apple Brandy, and Vodka on The Rocks. All worth trying. Also Parfum d`Empire Ambre Russe is worth a sniff.

If I dated it correctly, its from1994. If I’m wrong, it’s 1984. I wish I had the budget for older but it’s not in the cards this weekend, (especially after just buying vintage shalimar parfum friday). There’s also 3 Guerlain men’s exclusives I’m seriously considering, and they aren’t cheap.
The older vintage LHB will come in due time

I’m absolutely going to try the other classics. I want to try them all, and I plan to. I’m so over modern men’s fragrances, and these vintage Guerlain women’s extraits & parfums are the perfect antidote. Such beautiful kaleidoscopes of fruits & florals built upon thick, dark, spooky bases. They’re absolutely stunning.
