Default Help please! Home scented candle is broken

Hi there I'm new to using big scented candles for the home (usually use a diffuser). Could someone please help? The base of my new candle is broken and I'm not sure why it is so or how to fix it. Is it alright to continue using it as per normal?photo6237850852937279694.jpg

    Thank you!

    Welcome!

You mean the wax is broken? Not a problem, just use as normal. If you ever get there, the wax will be melting anyway.
(unrelated, but more importantly, make sure you follow the manufacturer's recommendations on how to use it, eg about cutting the wick etc)
