Good morning all !. Beautiful early autumn day with blue skies and a bracing chill in the air. The trees are slowly turning though I suspect that is more down to lack of moisture than seasonal change (when will it ever rain here ).

Happy birthday, Francolino and Jack Hunter!

Teardrop, congrats on finally finishing Sheer Stella!

As I was visiting my parents this weekend, I was planning to finish (or try to finish!) my old Puma Woman that I'm keeping in my old room - there's only a tiny bit left, but that tiny bit seems to last for ages. But my mom had a gift for me - Dali Wild by Salvador Dali that she bought for my birthday and forgot to include it into my birthday present when we met earlier. I said it's even more fun this way - getting something unexpected and just because. So I wore Dali Wild yesterday evening and today, and I will try to finish my old Puma the next time I visit.

Happy 39K NCal! 40K is just around the corner!

I'm in Aura perfume oil by Essential Faith today. From a sample. It's not in the directory. A lovely musky skin scent.

I'm visiting Florida's beautiful gulf coast, working on my lazy.

    Have a great Sunday, all.

I love seeing all those eclectic botltes that Easyfish posts.

After yesterday's experiment with Mugler Aura, I needed a soft-spoken green today, and Iskander is it. I think it might have been Ebenas that turned me on to this and to its sibling, Corsica Furiosa. The name "Iskander" is apparently the Persian/Middle Eastern interpretation of "Alexander" (as in The Great, fitting for Parfums d'Empire), but if you search Google images for just the name, you get a pageful of ballistic missiles -- quite the opposite of this light-hearted green citrus.

    Happy Sunday all,

I’m wearing Diptyque Tam Dao, post shower and hand washing the car. I keep an old Toyota Corolla as back up to my small sports car. Today I was wondering if it’s worth the maintenance. I do like physical labor though.

    Have a good day.

Or you might get Iskender kebabs - possibly the finest fast food known to me (had one in London during the week!)

Well, the things one learns here reading scent of the day.

Waiting for a tour group to arrive after a mad-dash morning of weeding and cleaning. May need instruction on how to do this "lazy" stuff you all keep talking up. Maybe an outline with bullet points?

Hoping 2 shots of Mira Bai to the chest isn't too much for a first impression.

Sampling Eau Moheli today. It's nice. Faint on me after 2 1/2 hours. As opposed to Rhubarb Ecarlate, which is fun enough for me to buy a bottle and respray frequently, Moheli isn't that fun.

Oooo Quarry, tours! That's wonderful. I hope everyone coming lavishes you with compliments.

I wore Mysore Sandalwood all day, cleaning the apartment. When I head to the beach I wore this, it's so summery:

    Neroli Sauvage by Creed

foxbins - I happen to like that Diptyque...in fact I was mentioning that to the SA at the Diptyque store when I smelled the new Essences Insensées scent, the one based on tiare flower. I felt like it reminded me a lot of the one you mentioned.
