    Default experience with Roja's customer service?

    Just wondering if anyone has experience with their customer service. I ordered a discovery atomizer or whatever theyre called of creation-e edp and amber aoud and they sent me creation-e edp and creation-e parfum instead. They send 3 different emails after the order stating the order was received, fulfilled, and shipped. However, since i emailed them back inquiring about their mistake i havent heard anything.

    i have not, im in the US and they are in UK so i was going to save that for last option if i didnt hear anything back by next week.

    Wasn't there a thread were someone dropped and broke his Roja atomizer and they gave him one for free then?
    Please correct me if that was another company - however I found that to be very nice and if it was Roja, I'm pretty sure you can talk with them and they would be glad to solve the problem.

    Exactly why I suggested it. Much more difficult to ignore a phone call, unless no one picks up.

    thanks guys ill give the phone call a go, i kind of figured that would be the best route but being across the pond i figured i would try an email first.

    calling was definitely the way to go - they just have to speak to the US distributor and get the right product sent out and are letting me keep the one sent in error even. lesson learned. thanks again for the advice.
