Check out Amouage Journey Man. Given what you list above, it seems like a sure thing, or as close to it as a recommendation from a stranger can get.

Just keep trying things until you stumble upon something that grabs your fancy.

    I think you might enjoy

Acqua di Parma Ginepro di Sardegna (Juniper and cedar)
Czech & Speake Cuba (mint, rum and tobacco; complex, a little indolic)
Vetiver de Guerlain (green vetiver, tobacco, pepper, nutmeg and cedar)
Currently wearing: Zen for Men by Shiseido

When Windsor first came out talk of it being similar to Terre d'Hermes caused me to buy a bottle. Might be worth your while to try a sample. Similar vibe, better quality.

Terre d’Hermes has been compared to Windsor quite a bit - fresh woods and peppers in both.

Also do check out Eucris by Trumper as well.

Perhaps you would find Heritage to your liking. Consider it a spicier, woodier variation of Habit Rouge. Quite different actually though I've often found those who like one most usually enjoy the other as well.

Please do not buy a full bottle on my account though. I recommend sampling it first, as always, a "rule of thumb" which I follow quite stingently.
