Seems like the brand is converting this fragrance's name completely over to "French Lover". I hate that name. I'm sure it's for marketing reasons but the original name "Bois d'Orage" means "Wood Storm". That's a much, much, much better name. Perhaps though it's a name that an enthusiast would appreciate more than a casual mall shopper. When I eventually buy another bottle I will lament having the silly name I will be stuck with, but this scent is moving into my Top-10 All-Time. THIS scent should have been called "Viking", not the spicy/fougere/aquatic from Creed (although I really like Creed's Viking, don't mistake that). This scent has a central theme around a Northern European herb Angelica Root that lends an unmistakable regional scent to this. I get hung up over the name because this scent deserves to have a good one. "French Lover" sounds corny and odd to me. I've looked everywhere for a bottle labeled "Bois d'Orage" to buy as a backup but haven't had any luck.
