Haven't tried the latest release, but have tried the others if only briefly.

Only ever really cared for the EdT. Could just about put my hand up to say I could live with the (newer) EdP although I don't see the point of it.

Polo Blue EDT was always one of my favorite bottles, looks wise, but I found the juice for a long time screetchy. Then the EDP came out and I loved the look and juice. I think it's great. The other flankers I didn't really care for until Ultra Blue, which was pleasant enough and Blue Gold, which seems to have a little more "oompf"

Correct me if I'm wrong but you're leaving out Blue Parfum.

One of my faves as well...really love Ultra Blue and Gold Edition, but the original EdT is perfect as well.

Polo Blue EDT was very different when it came out. Never really took off on my skin, but I loved the smell of it. Same for Cool Water and Curve. Some click, some don't.

Danny, I am unaware of a Polo Blue Parfum. I know about the 'collectors edition' EdP pictured below but not a straight up Parfum. Do you have a pic?

I have a sample of the Gold Blend and quite like it. Haven’t quite decided if it’s bottle worthy.

Though I haven't spent a lot of time with any, I do think the Gold is best. Followed maybe by Ultra Blue.

I like the EDT quite a bit. It's really nice for the office. I need to try the EDP and maybe gold edition.

Red, White & Blue was kinda like Polo Blue with Granny Smith Apple added, if memory serves. It was nice but not whole bottle worthy. I think it's history now.

Now that you mention the granny smith note, that does sound familiar. I think I sampled this at the Ralph Lauren Factory Store a few years back.

I remember one of the two being a limited market or Duty Free only release - can't remember which now.

Well well well. I'll try this out when I see it. A lot has been coming out this month.
The Blue line is out of control with flankers. I'm surprised it has more than Polo Red.

The EDP was my favorite until Gold.

Here is the review I wrote..and put in a thread

So this was a present from my kids on Christmas. As I stated on the Christmas thread, we narrowed a group down at Sephora down to 4 and I told them "what do you want Dad to smell like everyday, if you could pick just 1." So Polo Blue Gold it was. I'm telling you what, this has been a very special surprise to me. I already enjoyed Blue EDP so I wasn't sure how this would differ but here is what I've loved. 1) Compared to the other EDP, this lasts all day on me. I mean really strong 2) I find the initial blast still has the Blue DNA but it is a little sharper/sweeter/fresher and just lightens my mood from the start and 3) the most enjoyable thing is the drydown, which is very "delayed" on me, like wearing another scent 5 hours later. The first 2 times I wore it I kept thinking..."who is wearing that nice scent around me." It had the incense type feel of AdG Profumo with a twist. Maybe it was the Amber and Patchouli playing off the incense but it was great. I don't do many reviews but this was a winner on me and glad my kids went with this. I hope Polo keeps it around because I think it's their best release in a long time.

Would Polo Blue Gold Blend be redundant if you already owned Chanel BdC or Versace Dylan Blue, or is it different enough?

For me, it would be totally redundant to Dylan Blue, but not redundant to BdC. I don't find BdC and Dylan Blue super similar.

    For me, NO.
Gold Blend contains a LOT of Polo Blue which makes it stand out for me.

I have BDC/EDP myself and find it to be a big enough difference. My wife loves Blue/Gold as well.

If having to choose one or a few highlights from this list, Blue EDT and Blue Sport would be among the personal favorites so far.
