As an owner of both complete houses, there are many that would fit, but I'll mention just three for each house.

Mancera - Silver Intensitive Aoud, Royal Vanilla, Cedrat Boise

Montale - Santal De Mysore, Oud Pur Oriental, Sumac Spice

Most of the offerings I've tried from this house are super loud ouds, but I do like Montale Greyland quite a bit, and I think it'd make a decent formal/office choice. Very sharp, dry pepper/wood/vetiver combo. Reminds me a bit of Encre Noire but more pencil shavings and less vetiver, plus some dry, pungent spices. Some people do get a kind of BO cumin vibe from it - I don't get that at all, but it might just be my nose because I also don't get that from Declaration, whereas many others do. So if you're on the fence about cumin notes or associate them with BO, tread with caution.

Red vetyver is one of the only scent from both houses.
Boise fruite would also work. Fougere marine.

The others are great but too strong

Better to wear office for men
