    1899 or1828 or 1725? Why?

I prefer 1899. Just smells better IMO.

1899 for me also - a better performer on my skin.

I find 1899 tedious. It's an upscale Spicebomb that initially presents well but fades into fuzzy vanillic ambience with no real definition.

1725 is a good bit better. It, too, is vanillic, but it has more definition than 1899. Very easy to wear. I haven't found anything quite like it.

1828 is the most dynamic of the three scents you listed, but if you're looking for something in 1828's vein, you can find more interesting options from other houses.

    I'd go with 1725.

I wasn't a big fan of 1899 Hemingway, and I've never tried 1828. I'll have to give it a try.

I like and own all three, but if I can only keep one it would be 1899. Really versatile and I just prefer it more than the other two.

Definitely the best from this house, though it can be intimidating.

I have all 3 actually. But if I have to pick just one, it’ll be 1725. It smells like a classic with a twist - a dandier version of Caron pour un Homme with better performance and more interesting development.
