Estee Lauder Youth Dew comes to mind. Also, thinking at what's usually available at TJ max and the like, Anais Anais can usually be found for very little there.

Also adding (while not 100% certain that the best), in no particular order, a few of the feminine and/or unisex favorites in this budget, price range:

    the feminine 1881 by Cerruti
    Versace Red Jeans
l'Air du Temps by Nina Ricci
    Wish by Chopard
    Casmir also by Chopard
    Oxygene by Lanvin
Arpege EDP by the same house
several fragrances by l'Occitane, especially Rhubarbe Pamplemousse from the Pierre Herme range
same with a few of the feminine/unisex l'Erbolario choices, particularly Hedera and Regine dei Prati
    Laura by Laura Biagiotti
    Je Reviens by Worth
    Vanderbilt by Gloria Vanderbilt

while having risked to slightly exceed the top 10 bracket and/or thus to be slightly off-topic, most if not all of these could be easily worth some (re) testing as options within this price range.

I like Stella. I see it's available from Amazon for $55. I've given this as a gift. I can imagine people disagreeing, but it sort of reminds me of Silver Mountain Water. And, our esteemed Darvant says, "A great work from Jacques Cavallier."

Paco Rabanne Calandre, Robert Piguet Baghari, and Estée Lauder White Linen & Pure White Linen can all be found at discounters for less than $60 US and are classics IMO. Actually many Estée Lauder fragrances can be found at discounters for less than $60 and there are a lot of great ones.

Baghari is a lovely orange sparkling aldehydic, right up there with Chanel No. 5 yet it’s lesser known and so less worn, which is a plus IMO.

Calandre is one of my favorite perfumes. But sadly I have never seen it at discounters.

FragranceNet, FragranceX, Perfume.com, and FragranceBuy in Canada all have it in stock right now for under $60, I just checked. FragranceNet is selling it for under $40 US.

I didn't see it mentioned yet (unless I missed it) so I have to throw the original YSL Opium in here. I don't know what the modern stuff goes for at the discounters, but if there are 50ml bottles or smaller, I'd imagine they'd be sub-$60 somewhere online. Heavily spiced, incensey oriental, if that's what you're interested in.

If you're not opposed to eBay, even the deep vintage stuff can be readily found in that price range. I picked up a NOS early 80's bottle for about $40, which isn't all that unusual for the smaller sizes. Shipping to Nicaragua would probably the limiting factor w/eBay.

Thierry Mugler Angel should be on there, it could easily be found at $60 or less at discounted retail.

Even many of the classic Guerlain’s can be found at online discounters for under $60, with the exception of Apres l’Ondee it seems. So Mitsouko, l’Heure Bleue, Vol de Nuit, Chamade, Chant d’Aromes. Can’t speak to the quality of the current formulations though - all my Guerlains are vintage.

Vol de Nuit also smells great on a man.

Agree with the Guerlain classics. Shalimar can also be found in discounted retailers.
