Default Dried Rose Petals, Spices and Potpourri

I'm always looking for new rose scents and I enjoy potpourri and pomander or clove scents as well.

Dried Rose Petals, Spices, Clove or Potpourri ... do you know of any fragrances like this? Le Labo Rose 31 and The Noir 29 comes close...if only it were a combo of the two for me but not really as dry and spicy as I'd like.

Have you tried Santa Maria Novella's aptly named POTPOURRI?

    Try the Santa Maria Novella.

Another one I'd suggest for dried rose petals and spices (minus the potpourri) is Ex Idolo Thirty-Three.

The SMN Potpourri is more or less what the name is, like the potpourri that they sell.

I'm also assuming that Parfums de Rosine have something in their range, but not sure which one.

Among the more affordable options: perhaps also Zino Davidoff, Marbert Homme, Ungaro III and/or Ungaro III Parfum Aromatique, among the pricier choices, vintage Ungaro II by Ungaro, Furyo by Bogart, vintage Feminite du Bois in the Shiseido version, Chanel Egoiste, all these to only differing and/or limited extents

A couple more from Santa Maria Novella that I personally love are Opoponax and Marescialla. Both spicy and wonderful...no rose in them that I am aware of, but from a spicy, potpourri standpoint they are top shelf...

You’re looking for Lumiere Noir by MFK. I find the rose a bit “dirty” as in Egoiste and you can’t go wrong with it if you like spices as well.

This is my response. Now you should produce a kick ass version of this that leaves everybody else in the dust.

Diptyque's L'eau and the followup L'eau de L'eau smell just like classic potpourri.
