    Default 50th Bday Surprise

Turned 50 today. Complete surprise but I guess my wife has been listening after all my years here and letting my kids pick. The other day she mentioned someone told her about Creed but thought she was just asking questions. So a pleasant surprise she went and tested and got me :.....

A kingly gift for a prince of a guy. That’s the all timer right there. Let it bloom in the bottle for a while. Creeds take time to mature....but wear the cap out of it.

Well, I did a few months ago. I made him huge decants of Creed Viking and Creed Aventus Cologne.

He now lives in Chicago so I just sent him money and also had a goodie platter delivered to his work place (chocolate covered strawberries and cookies). Oh, I also bought him and his wife soccer tickets for an upcoming match.

Nice work Dad! Is he enjoying Chicago? I miss it all the time.

He seems to be. I want him to be happy, but this distance is hard on the old man. His first birthday that I won't get to see him. Life changes and we have to deal with it. God is good, though. Everything is positive and he is healthy, still applying to med schools and he is working as a medical scribe as his wife gets her doctorate at NW.

Well sounds like they are doing well and working towards great things. I’m sure it’s tough for you and your wife but I’m sure you’re proud too! I get missing little things though. My Moms in memory care for Alzheimer’s. She and my Dad call me every bday and sing to me. Yesterday it was just my Dads voice and it saddened me. But she’s 82 snd has had a good life. Just tough
