Perfume for women 1910 in Paris --- a gourmand

Bottle design based on Art Nouveau movement which was all the rage

Discontinued quickly --- hence the rarity

And based on its name it’s clearly meant for schmucks...
It's telling that the article speaks exclusively about the ornateness of the bottle. It doesn't even say what volume of fragrance it holds, much less what it's made from or smells like.

Some of these eBay unicorn prices just look like typos. But, I suppose there's an oil billionaire sucker born every minute.

Several more expensive than that posted by the OP that can be found in Clive Christian's current offerings.

6 people just gotta be curious, not interested.
It’s tragic to think that heroic man’s great destiny is to become economic man, that men will be reduced to craven creatures who crawl across the globe competing for money, who spend their nights dreaming up new ways to swindle each other.

When stuff like this happens, I figure the seller wants to sell other ones at a relatively accessible exorbitant price using another eBay account. “This $300 Hollister Drift is worth $3K!”
